Return Policy

1. Returns Eligibility:

– We accept returns for products that are unopened and in their original packaging.

– Returns are accepted within 3 days from the date of purchase.

2. Non-Returnable Items:

– For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns of opened or used tampon products.

3. Return Process:

– Provide your order number and a detailed reason for the return.

– Once approved, you will receive instructions on how to return the product.

4. Refund Process:

– Upon receiving the returned product and verifying its condition, we will process your refund.

– Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used during the purchase.

– Please allow 7 business days for the refund to reflect in your account.

Cancellation Policy

1. Order Cancellation:

– You can cancel your order within 24 hours of purchase, provided the order has not yet been shipped.

2. Cancellation After Shipping:

– If your order has already been shipped, it cannot be canceled. You may initiate a return upon receiving the product, as per our return policy.

3. Refund for Canceled Orders:

– If you cancel an order within the specified time frame and are eligible for a refund, we will process your refund as per our refund process.
